JULYA BILLHYMER, J.D.

Attorney/Owner

Ms. Billhymer was formerly the head of the criminal defense section of Ross & Matthews, P.C. in Fort Worth before opening the Law Office of Julya Billhymer in 2005. She is also a certified mediator.  Julya is licensed to practice in state and federal court.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Billhymer was a police sergeant with eight years experience in all aspects of law enforcement, including: patrol, accident investigation, and crime scene investigations.  Ms. Billhymer has extensive training in sobriety detection and served as an intoxilyzer operator during her law enforcement career.

Ms. Billhymer was named one of the top criminal defense attorneys in Tarrant County by Fort Worth Magazine in 2005.
